The latest in Under Contract/Sold Activity & current listings for Cherry Creek North in 2008

We are off to an interesting start to the new year here in Cherry Creek North!  Currently under contract  there are 12 properties under contract with the lowest list price being $269,000, the highest price being $1,998,000 and the average price being $ 1,184,000.  This brings the average price per square foot to $457.93.

For the Sold Activity for the new year so far is that there are 2 solds in our area with the lowest sold price is at $228,000 and the highest sold price is at $825,000.  The average days on market came in at 13 and 331 respectively. Read the rest of this entry »

Cherry Creek North Business Improvement District update

The Cherry Creek North Business Improvement District (BID) has re-initiated its design process of the entire business district, including Fillmore Plaza.

We have some new groups that we want to let all of the Cherry Creek North Neighborhood Association members know about:

Jean Cole Art Exhibit

If you want to enjoy the art work of a local Cherry Creek North resident, the Tam O’Neill Fine Arts Gallery at 311 Detroit Street in Cherry Creek will feature Jean Cole in “Free Range,” an exhibit of her newest watercolors featuring Colorado cattle in their western landscapes beginning January 12th.  

There will be a special Cherry Creek North Neighborhood Association Party at Tam O’Neill’s celebrating Jean Cole on Friday, January 24st.  So mark your calendars!
