Pooches On Patios
November 19th, 2007 Posted in RestaurantsEffective November 1st, Denver restaurant owners can now decide wheter to allow customers to brng their dogs onto outdoor dining areas. Restaurants will need to register as dog-friendly patios, post signs to notify customers that dogs are allowed, and cannot serve food or drink on the patios. Restaurant staff will not be allowed to pet, touch, or care for the dogs. Dogs will not be allowed inside the restaurant, must be on a leash, have current vaccination tags on their collars, are not allowed on chairs, tables, or other furnishings on the patio. naturally, owners will need to clean up after their pets and keep their pets from disrupting the patio enjoyment of other customers.
